Purpose of processing
The main objective of the form is to feed the IAR ecosystem database, listing all the entities involved in the bioeconomy.
The data collected thus improves the quality of our service (publication of the portal, identification and contact of stakeholders, dissemination of information) and can be used for prospecting purposes by Bioeconomy For Change (B4C).
The data collected by Bioeconomy For Change (B4C) will include:
- Your organisation (administrative data, positioning, business, technology...)
- The referent person in your entity for XploreBIO (Civility, Name, First Name, E-mail, Phone, Function)
You can access data about yourself, correct it, request its erasure, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. If you feel, after contacting us, that your "Computer and Freedoms" rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
Publication of data
Your data will be displayed in the Search sections of the site where the concerned entities appear as a thumbnail and on the entity profile.
Each entity profile has two levels of information:
- a section corresponding to public data, open access for all,
- a section corresponding to more detailed data, accessible only via a XploreBIO account.
Broadcast levels are specified in the form.
Personal data (the referent person for XploreBIO) will not be publicly disseminated on the portal.
Depending on your entity's location, membership or non-membership to Bioeconomy For Change (B4C), your public data will also be displayed on the following websites:
XploreBIO account
XploreBIO account gives you access to more detailed information about the entity, such as the biomass used, the products and services, the technologies proposed or searched by the entity, its positioning on the value chain, the keywords associated with its business.
It also allows you to get in direct contact with the entities, via an e-mail-based contact system with the entity concerned.

The technical data is derived from the statements of the entities that are referenced.
