Research and Transfer
Activity: The research conducted by the unit concerns the food and non-food valorization of agro-resources. The PETALES team will focus on the characterization of agro-resources during their transformation and the impact of these transformations on the intestinal homeostasis following an early exposure. The VAM²IN team aims to study the structure/functionality relationships of bio-based materials and products for their non-food use.
