XploreBIO is a trademark registered by Bioeconomy For Change with the INPI.
Bioeconomy For Change owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all items available on the XploreBIO site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software (apart from Entities' logotypes and descriptions of entities written by them).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, unless written prior authorization from Bioeconomy For Change.
Unauthorized exploitation of the site or any of the items contained in it will be considered to constitute infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
